Nano-micro manufacturing encompasses the development and fabricating of devices and systems at micrometer scales, merging principles from nanotechnology, microtechnology, and manufacturing for precise, functional miniaturization.
Purpose of NMMF
The NMMF, consisting 5 nodes, has been established to assist researchers from academia, science councils and industry to test concepts and develop prototypes and take technologies to a next TRL level. It thus supports the translational aspect of research by accelerating commercialization.
